The Company has more than 80 corporate-owned stores under four banners (Fire & Flower, Friendly Stranger, Hotbox, and Happy Dayz) across Canada.
Through the Company’s strategic agreement with American Acres Managers, the first Fire & Flower branded store in Palm Springs, California is anticipated to open in 2021.
There are currently two pilot stores located in Alberta. The Company anticipates opening additional stores adjacent to Circle K stores and will release details on the expansion of this program at its earliest opportunity.
Circle K / Alimentation Couche-Tard owns 19.9% of the issued and outstanding shares through a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary, 2707031 Ontario Inc.
The Company holds less than $3M of debt through a credit facility with a Schedule One Canadian bank.
There are currently approximately 333 million common shares of Fire & Flower securities.
Fire & Flower stores are currently all corporate owned.
